Add ADCP Scal and EIN

• EIN could be combined with VEL in many cases

  • what about if a depth has been qc'd out of one?

• SCAL can be added to all pretty easily but as a seperate dataset (tabular)

There is already a "table" that reads all .nc files in the directory and puts it in a tabular format... however, it grabs all depths from the gridded data too which is unnecessary. Modify to get just SCAL.

• this does mean that in the rare instance an additional instrument other than an adcp is on a mooring, that the code will need to be modified so that the other instrument gets picked up too
