ConMon GrADS script plot_uvsfc_horz.gz fails #62

The ConMon's GrADS script plot_uvsfc_horz.gz produces an I/O error and does not run to completion. This script is used for data class/types/subtypes uv229_00, uv280_00, uv281_00, uv282_00, uv284_00, and uv287_00. Data files do exist for these types. That all fail suggests that the GrADS script is the culprit.
