Problem with pretrigger length #3

Hello,
i have a problem setting the pretrigger length.
On the one hand, the defined length is not recorded as a pretrigger during the measurement. On the other hand, if multiple equal measurements are made, the pretrigger times are not the same. What could be the reason for this? Is this issue known?
