Summary
If you send a PSU request with status of completed and businessStatus of Task.status of 'Ready to dispatch - partial' returns a 201. Should return a 400 and the message:
Task.status field set to 'completed' but Task.businessStatus value of 'Ready to dispatch - partial' requires follow up action.Details
