During the 2024 FATES tutorial, some users faced issues with the jupyter container ServerApp not initiating correctly. One example of the issue provided by a user was as follows:

[I 2024-09-09 22:19:27.974 ServerApp] Malformed HTTP message from [172.18.0.1](http://172.18.0.1/): Malformed HTTP request line

The issue typically would be solved by tearing down and restarting the containers via docker compose.

This appears to only be occurring with users with Windows operating systems, but given that the majority attendee population was using this OS, this is not conclusive evidence that it is isolated to Windows.
