I noticed while reviewing the readthedocs documentation that we can directly reference jupyter notebooks in a fairly simplistic manner: https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/guides/jupyter.html.

That said, we would ideally use the jupyter book framework however it differs from the above.
