Write out direct vs. diffuse fraction in eval files

It would be interesting to be able to look at direct vs. diffuse radiation in the evaluation files to plot against half hourly GPP.
These data don't need to be gap filled and can be included on the v2 data

@ddurden I know we talked about this over email, but I didn't want to forget about it.
