How do we track / credit use of the data generated from this project?

• @ddurden raised this issue given interest in this work from the EFI project.
• @ddlenz suggested this can be in the metadata on the .nc files we create that references the NSF award?
• @ddurden asked how this is tracked with on OPAL for a dataset that will be updated
• Mike had suggestions for how this could be handled?

Added a supported_by field to the netCDF files, we can bring to the CI-COE meeting for best format of acknowledgement.

OPAL (aka prototype) dataset metadata includes project title, project description, design, metadata description, study area description, abstract, date range, email, version, citation, status, theme
