Unchecking the "draw spatial boundaries for sites?" button erases all the sites that I have previously inputted using the polygon tracer and they don't come back if I re-check the box.

Thanks for raising this! I originally implemented this behavivor deliberately so that way users wouldn't get confused about which sites names/data would be used for the template. I agree this could be pretty annoying though. Unless you think this is critically important, I'll label this as a sometime issue and we can revisit it once I've got all the high priority issues sorted out?
