This PR adds logic and a Python-based (hack) script for supporting the PGI compiler. The Python-based scrip corrects object names in cap objects so that CCPP can compose the name in the same way as for the Intel and GNU compilers. The reason for this extra script is that the PGI compiler is not fully ISO_C compliant and prepends object names with the name of the module during compilation.
