Georegistration of exported GeoPackage is right-shifted a pixel #78

It appears that imagery in GeoPackage exported from GeoServer is shifted to the right by one pixel when compared to the source imagery. Compare the following are two zoomed-in screenshots from QGIS that illustrate the issue:

Compare the width of the black margin on the left side of the images in figures 1 and 2.
