Installation instructions don't work on Windows 11

🐛 Describe the bug

When I tried following the installation instructions when using Windows 11, the instructions didn't work. I couldn't get Deep Archive installed.

🕵️ Expected behavior

I expected it to get installed. Either that, or we should use a Docker image for this instead.
