New chart types on template instance

Context

Looking at the E&A tool after breaking it out and placing in the template instance, the chart behaviors seem different than what is in production. I see two charts in this video that are different.

1. Average line with standard deviation to show variance
2. Min and max lines

There both seem like improvements, actually, but we should understand why they are appearing and, if applicable, how we can replicate them.
