Describe the feature request

It should be possible to copy a URL to a specific sequence and send that to a colleague. However, the sequence menu does not allow a user to open a sequence unless they have edit permission for that sequence, so there is no way to copy a URL to the sequence. If you have edit permission you can open the sequence and copy the URL, but edit permission should not be required for this very common workflow.
