Right now all internal, and external, linkings are made via a "links" field. These links point to the nodes urls which can be problematic.

I think the Chado/Tripal way to do this would be to use the organism_analysis linker table for most of these. The external bioSample link could become a new Chadoprop field forsource NCBI Biosample.

the analysis node linkouts look pretty similar on my dev and live, just simple analysis pages. No problem to convert them to entities, BUT, how do we do it without breaking these links? Might have ot make sure redirects exist for all nodes.
