I'm attempting to convert the Rajagopal_2016 OpenSim model to a MuJoCo XML file. I'm using the myoconverter tool, and the conversion process completes successfully. However, when I load the converted model in MuJoCo, the joints are not rendering as expected.
I'm not sure why my joints aren't rendering correctly after conversion. If anyone has experience with similar issues, what troubleshooting steps would you recommend?
I've attached a PDF of the XML file (original file was too large), a screenshot, and a log file to help troubleshoot the issue we discussed.
From the log file, it seems the conversion was correct and smooth. However, the xlm.pdf is hard to read and to find issue from it.
One tip though, have you tried to use 'load key' function from the MuJoCo Gui? It seems to me this wired pose is because of wrong joint values as the initial key frame.
If it does not solve your problem. Could you send me your coverted model in the xlm format? Then I can check if the joint definition has issues.
Thank you so much for your time and suggestions. Unfortunately, the 'load key' function didn't resolve the issue. I've attached the converted model in the xlm format for your review. If you could take a look and see if there are any joint definition issues, I would greatly appreciate it.
Additionally, I'm still facing the discrepancy where the model's DOF is 20, but it's showing as 61. Would you have any insights on how I might be able to fix this?
Hello, I also want to encounter the same problem, I will convert the model from opensim inside to mujoco inside, in mujoco inside to display the model, found with opensim 'inside the model gap is large, please ask you now solve this problem?
