ncmpcpp connects to localhost, but no songs are shown

i added mpd to group, then ran these for enable and restarting mpd

systemctl --user enable mpd.service
systemctl --user restart mpd.service

ncmpcpp connects to localhost, but no songs are shown

i think this might be the problem, how can i fix it?
Ran mpd once yet it runs in ipv6, ipv4

no fix even after running mpd like this

btw i tried absolute path and ~/ paths , they are not working

Your log shows that no client was ever connected to MPD.
