move the file and convert to connections doesn't work

I add the PDF file into the collection. there is a paper in the collection, but it is not attach file(pdf), so i download from internet and add the pdf file into the collection.
After auto-merge item, the attched file is renamed, but it is not move to the collection.

And the right mouse button, select Move or Rename and Move Attachment function doesn't work either!
And the second file"Die Floorplan and PKG" is no special characters in filenames.

If one file is completed and then another is added, this bug does not occur.
