I am trying to update the default currency for a user in CRM.
This user does have a security role, they do have "write" privileges on User settings, yet I am getting the following (see image). I am also using a global admin to run the user utility!

As even a global admin cannot change user settings, each update of user settings is performed by the related user delegated.
So can you check if the user role linked to that user to be sure the write usersettings privilege is defined?

The user is assigned this role, and see screen shot of the user settings associated:

Even if I give this user system admin role, the error persists

Do you have any feedback? I have even provided this user with system admin and I still get failure.
