[BUG] Unable to "Submit and finish reviewing" when rejecting an invalid candidate

Describe the bug
After rating an invalid candidate 1*, pressing "submit and finish reviewing" loads the page to review next nomination.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'review page.'
2. Rate 'an invalid nomination 1*'.
3. Select 'the relevant rejection reason'.
4. Click on 'the small arrow adjacent to the Submit button'.
5. Click on 'submit and finish reviewing".
6. See that another nomination loads to be reviewed.

Expected behaviour
Upon pressing "submit and finish reviewing" after rating 1* should take reviewer to the showcase page.
