[BUG] Repeated Notifications

Describe the bug
When a submission is upgraded/accepted/rejected, it shows in a green notification at the bottom right of the nominations list and is only supposed to show once when the page is loaded but is constantly re-appearing.

To Reproduce

1. Open nominations list when something changes, either accepted/rejected/upgraded etc
2. Re-open/refresh same nominations list
3. ?????
4. Profit

Expected behavior
Notification should/is supposed to show only once

Additional context
Notifications of recent changes now builds a small wall on the nominations list
