Notification(/timer?) when bonus location can be changed again

Describe the feature you'd like
A notification when the date and time has passed at which point the user can once again change their location.

Describe reasons NOT to add this feature
Wayfarer already clearly displays the date and time, and users could easily add a reminder on their phone if they want to change the bonus location soon after they are able to.

Describe reasons to add this feature
Integrates the notification nicely within Wayfarer itself.

Additional context
Requested by Un1matr1x, based on #188 but without any direct API calls (instead user will need to load the settings page at least once, for WF+ to obtain the required info)
