Make tabindex="0" on th elements optional

Please add something like a headerTabIndex option that would let the developer disable setting tabindex="0" on th elements. We have controls above the table and controls in the table, and want the tabbing transition to skip tabbing through the 8 or so headers we have before arriving at the first element in the table.
