can find robes pretty early and blend in
can’t take off dead body though, or they’re called ‘bloody robes’ and work much less well

Takes awhile to realize you're not legit. Doesn't work on exalted, popes, non-cultists.

similar to Hitman

I would say don't allow changing into cultist robes unless for a specific section?

You lose a lot of horror with people goofing around taking cultists clothes off. Maybe basically make the body disappear, making it uncertain whether there was anything under there at all?
