Reproduction:

Ive tried to change some keys. Mainly the Z and Y (because they are swapped in my German keyboard). But that only made it so both Z & Y open the "say in radio" prompt IN ADDITION to the "use item" action i wanted it to do. Even after reseting keybind it still opens the radio prompt with no apparent way to change that. So now im currently stuck with opening the radio chat with borth Z and Y even tho that action is not set on either of them.
