Reproduction:

after hacking and implating an gyrotron implant, it does nothing, and it can be hacked multiple times but it doesnt do anything else, leading to an implant that does nothing at all

Not a hacking error but it is a implant that does nothing but give you a weird overlay. however with how its structured it does not seem like its suppose to be this way. Namley it has a function button.
