Reproduction:

If someone closes and i assume opens a DNA Scanner at the same time someone uses a screwdriver on it the DNA Scanner can no longer be opened leaving what ever is inside it stuck inside forever unless the machine is disassembled as you can no longer open it even when trying to open it via the console.
