Fever, which can be caused by beneficial diseases as well if they have any neutral symptoms like nocturnal regeneration or inorganic biology, causes your body temperature to exceed that.

This results in a rather swift and quick death that is oftentimes unavoidable as the pathologist won't realize it's their fault in the first place, or if they do, they'll take a while to cure it since beneficial pathogens usually have high (or even maxed out) strength and robustness.
