right next to me is a remote sinaler that was on the ground i wanted to check its fequency but couldnt pick it up i then asked another player to try and they could not pick it up either

not really enough information to go with. but i would quess that its a signaller that was on a wire in the door / vendor then it was deconstructed leaving the signaller on the floor but not deleting it out of a list leaving it useless on the floor
