I've noticed that you cant use the opposing force control pannel while you are a ghost. i feel like changing this fact would allow people to work on background information and kit while either dead or observing. if approved while observing, it would also allow the possiblity of outside forces trying to sneak aboard for nefarious goals. I feel like it could allow more antag related roleplay and spark interesting events with admin oversight and approval.
