When I rejoin the server after previously joining the round, I am unable to change my preferences. This has been a reocurring issue for some time now.

As the title says. When I join a round, ghost, then rejoin, I cannot enter the character preferences screen because the verb is no longer there. Nor am I able to edit my keybindings. This has been an issue since at least my rejoining of the server.
