as a roundstart (latejoin, however) IPC, I am unable to drain from APCs to eat, and instead of a power meter I have hunger in the top right. my moodlets describe that I am hungry instead of low on power, but eating doesn't do anything (as per usual). I still have my power cord augment, but it doesn't drain, and I can't manually drain from APCs either. both manual transfer and drain (the slower types) are inaccessible, and recharging docks don't fill up the hunger.
