Reproduction:

  1. Be an engineer
  2. Print an RCD from the protolathe
  3. Try to RCD the engine plating
  4. Deconstruction completes, sound is made, your RCD loses charge but the plating is not deconstructed

to add onto this, it specifically happens on tram.

Nothing specifically noticed on tramstation or Metastation map files, nor either random engine file.
