0.12.0 upgrade released mainnet 30/11/2023

We have deployed 0.12.0 of the protocol to devnet-bleeding-edge as it goes into audit.

Please note that this upgrade has changed to account structures so prior to its mainnet upgrade post-audit, all non-operator accounts will be closed off meaning there will be a slight disruption on the day of the upgrade as we coordinate the closure of accounts.

Dev versions of the clients have been released:

We don't have a timeline yet on mainnet release but we will be sure to advise ahead of time.
