nevermind I just misunderstood the phrasing. So it just means that the total score of a molecule is multiplied with 1 or 0 if it passes the alerts filter or not. |

In the Reinvent4 paper it says that the Custom Alerts act as a global filter but in the code they are added to a stage as a stage scoring component. Does that mean if we add the alerts to the 1st stage they act globally as well for all the other stages? or should we declare the alerts somehow differently if we want it to act globally?
