[FEATURE] Add Lock Rotation to Default Config options

Tokens have a "lock rotation" option which isn't yet exposed here. Using the random rotation option is pretty neat, but being able to have that set and disabled by default would be ideal.

+1 on this feature. I'm using character portraits for token images, not a top-down image, and the ability to lock rotation on all unlinked tokens would be a great feature.
