reconnexion and locking when lot of device are a the same time

There is sometimes no reconnections/locking from client (tested on VPL3, Scratch, Aseba) when you disconnect and reconnect all wireless dongle using a usbhub.
On VPL3 the connection seems to be there (robot icon) but then play button is not accessible, in the laucher robot seems to be available
On scratch connection icon remain disconnect
On studio the robot is connected but not locked (you cannot lock it)

Disconnecting and reconncting the faultly robots makes them work, restarting client make also all works

There is a kind of race condition between reconnection and locking
