The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: Biome ID 100 was overridden by the biome WitchwoodForest (am2.worldgen.BiomeWitchwoodForest)!

Some mod has already added biome with id 100.
Open your Minecraft path, go to .\config\AM2\AM2.cfg and find parameter WitchwoodForestBiomeID , change 100 to 105, for example.
