Downloads would not complete- trojan virus detected

Please give more details, what trojan virus was found, what software detected it? At the moment everything on the site passes my virus scans but it's always possible something was missed, please give me the information so I can double check.

Hi MiloFalse alarm I think.  I installed GitHub Desktop which pulled down your code without any warningsI had however downloaded each and every file one at a time which took three hours about.
