plugin in firefox put preprocessor image to black.

Hi, I've been having various problems for several days, but basically it's the PREVIEW PREPROCESSOR window that always appeared black or with inconsistent results.
For what it's worth, it was a plugin I had in FIREFOX that read the image and didn't let it work correctly.
I suggest deactivating the plugins in case such incidents occur.
I hope it helps the community.
