Add common hostnames to whitelist domains

VS Code 1.30 additionally requires to open on the whitelist proxy:

• https://update.code.visualstudio.com:443/ to check its auto-update;
• https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=533483#vscode to show the Release Notes;
• https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_30#vscode to show that forwarded link above.

To use a link like go.microsoft.com is not so clear for knowing of its next destination.
And more whitelist domains required to be open for extensions...
