Error to send results to Octane

Hey folks

When I use this actions the result is not showing, the server and pipeline are created, however the result is not show in the pipeline runs

I see this error:

What is the problem? I am mapping the junit xml and the actions is converting to send the application

We need additional information to be able to help with this case. Could you please provide the logs for the OctaneIntegration#completed workflow run?
