Render Links

Instead of showing unrendered hyperlinks, can the default be to render the link? For example, instead of "[my unique lorem ipsum link](https://www.lipsum.com/)" being shown in full, it would just display my unique lorem ipsum link.

If people actually want to see the full link by default, maybe add a flag to get that effect. By default, I just want to use this as a viewer and don't want to see the full markdown for hyperlinks.

Nice work on the program. This is my favorite md viewer.
