Nah it doesnt have it ive mess with the config for 2 hr unless u send video:)

I've read thorugh the code, there's an option to pause when using an item. This indicates that meteor still tries to place and break crystals if this setting is turned off. nevermind actually doesn't work, but I'd recommend either using a different client or using offhand
And btw this video is 1.12.2, eating and using items at the same time might have been patched since then.
