Specify Default Accounts

I want to be able to delete an account in my den, or at least specify a default account. Sometimes the selected account will revert to account 1 without any action on my part, which is undesirable because dapps no longer recognize me.

If you could provide steps for reproducing this bug, it could really help. Sounds pretty strange to start.

Theory for research: Do we persist selected account to storage? If not, doing that could be an easy fix.

When I have to unlock Metamask, it always defaults to the autogenerated account that I don't use. The accounts I use are all "LOOSE".

This issue is basically moot. As of Dec 2, 2019, dapps will remember the last used account, and default to it, whether imported or otherwise. We also no longer label any accounts "Loose".
