Twemoji在好多地方都是bug，提议开发者删除也不同意，不知道他为什么如此执着于这个东西

主要Twitter的扁平风格好看吧，利用多端web显示也比较好看，我记得iOS之前有一时间生效过，国行Apple能显示一个无法显示的emoji也满足了强迫症，现在只能等待fixing~

主要是为了能在ios以及在win上显示所有的国旗
