Add an PDF Container to your Localized UI

Steps to reproduce & bug description

For Example a FilePicker is in German.
But the PDFViewToolbar in English as seen in the Screenshot

The Toolbar should be localized.

What is actually happening?

The Toolbar is in english local.

What browsers do you see the problem on?

No response
