MekHQ/StratCon double booking lance assignments

MekHQ generates missions and assigns lances to multiple missions.

3. Steps to Reproduce

Step One: Have a HUGE force that is a House unit with perpetual Integrated Command.
Step Two: Get assigned a cubic DS load of missions.
Step three: Wince as you see one lance has multiple missions back to back, but wait! They dont actually get to go to the next one!

In the campaign you can see the mission of the day is BaseofOperations - Hostile- Capture. Lance 211 is assigned to the mission. But Lance 211 is also assigned to Airbase- Allied- Defend 2 days later.

The same is also true of Intercept Engagement. Lance 212 is assigned. But Lance 212 is also assigned to Pivotal Engagement the day after and must politely decline.

In both cases I can deploy other units as reinforcements unless I right click in Stratcon and reset deployments, then I can deploy as primary.
