C3i is stripped from Mech during customizing, cannot be replaced

In the attached 48.0 campaign, the Gurkha Mech cannot be properly customized. When selecting "Customize in Mek Lab" the C3I is automatically stripped leaving the Mek 2.5 tons underweight. In addition Improved C3 is not shown in the equipment list, except using "Show unavailable", so it cannot be replaced.

Using MegaMekLab the Mech can be properly customized, and the Improved C3 is available in the equipment list.

I haven't seen this problem in a while, so I'm voluntarily closing this.
