Description
In MegaMek you can fix skill level, such as regular always gets 4+ gunnery and 5+ pilot when you make the new personnel. But, it is not possible on MekHQ for all three option to make the the new personnel and hire the person - hire, hire personnel in bulk, and hire full complement.
edit: It would be better if it ignores the age of the personnel. I have seen it all the times when hire age 0 personnel(yes, age 0, for it reduces burden for handle unimportant personnel) in bulk and only found that they have no skills at all regardless of the skill level I have ordered.
